This week we celebrated World Book Day! Here are some of our fantastic costumes!

We have been working very hard this week in year 1! We creatd plans and learned how to use tens and one.

This week we have been very busy artists!

Entries for our Science competition! Well done to everyone who entered.

We explored the work of Pablo Picasso and created self-portraits. Experimenting with colour and shape, we were influenced by Picasso’s cubist portraits.

This week we walked around our playground and looked out for signs of Autumn! Back in class we created leaf man using some of the leaves that we collected.

In Literacy we planned our leaflets all about our local area. We cannot wait until next week when we will be publishing our leaflet.

In RE today we made posters all about what special can mean to us!

In Literacy we retold the story of ‘The Lonely Beast’ by Chris Judge and performed in the hall to Humber class. We then wrote an assessment of what we thought about our performance.
